The first phase of this project included a two-story core and shell located in Fort Mill, SC. Phase two presented the opportunity to complete the second floor upfit for Charlotte Eyes, Ears, Nose & Throat. Careful coordination with the client and specialists allowed for seamless integration of all necessary medical equipment into the building.
