The addition to this existing South Park home provided a new sunroom, large fitness room, new rear patio and pool. Exposed, heavy wood structure in the sunroom gives a warm feeling that relates this addition seamlessly to the rest of the exisiting home. In the backyard, careful consideration was given to the curation of circulation, vegetation, lighting and material choices. The result was a wonderful outdoor space with large pool and ample seating, equally sutiable for family relaxation on the weekends or for hosting larger events.
